Electricity Service

1. Commencement of Electricity Service:

Please try the following steps at your home.
(1)Find the panel board, which is usually installed at the main entrance.
(2)Push the main breaker switch to the ON position.
(3)Push the branch circuit no-fuse breaker switch to the ON position.
(4)Push the leakage circuit breaker switch to the ON position.
(5)Push the snap switch to the ON position.
The electricity has already turned on in your home in general condition.

2. Voltage and Frequency:

　 Voltage for family lighting and small appliance is 110V or 220V, and the frequency is AC 60 Hz. If such appliances are brought from abroad, these appliances must follow Taiwan’s voltage as follows:


1 phase 2 wire 110 V	For lighting and appliances
1 phase 2 wire 220 V
1 phase 3 wire 110/220 V
3 phase 3 wire 220 V	For all residential requirements
3 phase 4 wire 220/380 V	For all residential requirements
